I've been working on a second trad flute course for The Scottish Music Academy. ‘Improvers’ Flute: Boehm System Focus’ is now live on the site – the first four lessons are available now, with more to come over the next few weeks. All flute players are very welcome to get involved, and there’s a special focus on ornamentation and style for those who play Boehm system instruments. In this new series of video lessons, I’ll be teaching eight tunes, covering some useful warm-up exercises and sharing my tips for making the most of your practice sessions.
